Apartments

Within this leafy precinct in the inner north of Brisbane, we're creating an oasis within the urban jungle by breaking down many of the norms associated with apartment living.

Whilst each apartment has been designed to maximise the exterior views, the space inside has also been refined to create a strong feeling of openness, something that is so often lacking in modern apartment living. And the apartments will respond to our climate by taking advantage of solar access, as well as natural light and breezes.

Kitchens have been designed to offer you open plan living and dining, while bedrooms and bathrooms allow the natural transfer of light and air between spaces. Clever wardrobes will feature transparent partitions to encourage natural light, and integrated space solutions to maximise storage.

Courtyard-style spaces will allow bedrooms to open out into larger areas and provide secondary storage locations. Each building will also have a distinctive colour palette that provides an individual identity and personality.
